Located in South London, I am a Registered Nutritionist (ANutr) with a BSc in Nutrition and an MSc in Chronic Disease Management. I specialise in providing educational services, training programmes, courses and e-books with an evidence based approach, for anyone who wants to learn more about nutrition, wants to improve their relationship with food and accomplish their long-term goals in order to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
